Buakaw Banchamek Wins Last Muay Thai Fight and Hercules Scores Belt

The Muay Thai legend, Buakaw Banchamek had his last Muay Thai kickboxing bout in Thailand this past weekend at Rajadamnern Stadium. He faced off against Nayanesh Ayman and left the crowd roaring as he won his last kickboxing fight in Thailand. Buakaw Banchamek defeats Nayanesh Ayman Again

Buakaw entered the ring with the whole stadium applauding him. He performed the traditional Muay Thai Wai Kru, a boxer’s dance showing respect to his teachers, ancestors, and competitor, and entertained the crowd as he seemingly “taunted” Nayanesh before their fight.

The bout started with exciting back and forth exchanges and Buakaw Banchamek almost instantly knocked down Nayanesh. While Nayanesh Ayman had a few moments where he landed solid punches, it was clear that Buakaw was in his natural state as he dominated the three rounds. Hercules wins the RWS Welterweight Title against Erdem Dincer

Another epic fight of the night was the RWS Welterweight Title bout between Hercules Wor Chakrawut and Erdem Dincer. Erdem was the reining belt holder and definitely had a height disadvantage against the huge Hercules. The two had an extremely close fight, with Erdem landing clinical boxing combinations and Hercules doing multiple flying knees to his opponent.

Ultimately, the young Muay Thai fighter of just 20 years old, Hercules, came out victorious by split decision to win the RWS Welterweight Belt. It’s safe to say that fans already want a rematch between the two incredible Muay Thai fighters after the incredibly close battle.

RWS Muay Thai Delivers a Legendary Night

The historic night at Rajadamnern Stadium was one to remember.
