ONE Friday Fights 58 took place on April 5, 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand and was quite the show! We break down the top 5 moments from the night and highlight some of the elite martial artists that came out to put on a show!
1. Superbon becomes Interim Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion


Superbon defeated Marat Grigorian in their clinical 5-round battle. The two fighters went the distance and showed their technical skills as Marat focused on his punch combinations and Superbon utilized his Muay Thai background with heavy kicks and knees. Ultimately, Superbon received the unanimous decision and won the Interim Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion belt. Can Superbon defeat Chingiz Allazov for the unification title!?
2. Nong-O is Back and Wants a Belt

After a hard fought battle, Nong-O defeated Kulabdam by unanimous decision at ONE Friday Fights 58. The Muay Thai legend was coming off of two losses and finally righted his course and got the W. Nong-O is set on getting a belt before he retires. Will we see him make that happen!?
3. Jake Peacock ONE Friday Fights Debut and Victory


Jake Peacock is an absolute force despite him missing one forearm. He didn’t let that phase him on his debut at ONE Championship as he dominated his opponent, Kohei Shinjo, for all three Muay Thai rounds until he got the unanimous decision win. It was truly special to watch him perform at the same caliber and not let anything stop him from competing with with the very best. We’re excited to see what’s in store for this fighter’s future!
4. Yutaro Asahi defeats Seksan

In a surprising upset, Japenese kickboxer Yutaro Asahi defeated Seksan Or Kwanmuang who was on an 8 fight win streak. It’s safe to say that Seksan didn’t look like his normal strong and focused self in the ring at ONE Lumpinee 58 and Yutaro definitely took advantage of that. While he didn’t get the knockout, he made a name for himself as he got the unanimous decision win and defeated the beloved Seksan. Check out the highlight below from CountFilms TV:
5. Shadow Singha Mawynn knockout highlight

Shadow Singha Mawynn defeated Erik Hehir and made it look easy at ONE Friday Fights 58. While Erik was definitely a champ and did not go down without a fight, he endured multiple knockdowns up until round 3 where Shadow finally put him to sleep in a crazy highlight worthy knockout.
